I noticed you had a question about how I create my screen recordings. I use a software on my mac called “ScreenFlow” (it records everything on my screen). For PCs, there is a free software called Cam Studio which you can download from here:

For shorter videos, you can try an online service called ScreenToaster or Screenr. I have a video tutorial on them here:

ou cannot update because WordPress 3.2.1 requires PHP version 5.2.4 or higher. You are running version 4.4.9.

While your site is being updated, it will be in maintenance mode. As soon as your updates are complete, your site will return to normal. I downloaded PHP on to my computer but don’t how to get it into WordPress.

Any suggestions?
