Edit YouTube Videos Online | Edit Your YouTube Videos Online using YouTubes Video EditorToday YouTube announced the launch of a new online video editing feature inside of YouTube that lets you do some basic editing on your YouTube videos. Finally!  I’ve been waiting for this feature for a very looooong time and I had to try it out right away.  I actually found  few glitches and reported them to the YouTube team and they emailed me back within an hour letting me know they were fixed! This feature is still in it’s infancy and YouTube may not be the best editing software out there, but this will save you a lot of time.  The process of creating online videos just got easier thanks to YouTube icon smile | Edit Your YouTube Videos Online using YouTubes Video Editor  I am really excited about this so let me jump right into my video and show you how easy it is to get start with YouTube editing.

When it comes to online video editing, I truly believe that this is the most simple and efficient way of editing your videos.  So go out there, shoot more video, upload, and edit them all on YouTube.  One thing to keep in mind, after you upload the unedited video to YouTube and finished producing the final edited version, don’t forget to delete the unedited version.

    [..YouTube..] @thebagaskara21 Unfortunately you can’t add text directly using the YouTube editor? That would be a great feature to request though. You will have to add text using your own video editing software (Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas Movie Studio, etc) and upload that video to YouTube before you can use it in the editor.

    [..YouTube..] Hi…This has to do woth the EDIT VIDEO TAB. I brightened up a video that I had loaded to youtube. It worked fine but when I tried to transfer that file and upload it to another video sharing site (Icommercial.tv) the edits I made on the youtube videos didn’t transfer over. Just the original file. Am I missing something here or does it not allow the edits to transfer over to other video platforms or websites…Do you know?

    [..YouTube..] Can you edit the videos from any other area within the video? Like, let’s say you want to edit out a small area in the middle of the video, but keep the rest of it or whatever, is that possible?

    [..YouTube..] @linzotheclown You can definitely do that. The trick is to import the same clip twice and then trim the end of the first clip and the beginning of the second clip. YouTube just updated their YouTube editor recently…I will be creating another video on how to take advantage of the new editor.
